T&O Underground Communications LLC is a self-performing underground fiber construction company operating complete, in-house crews across multiple markets. We partner with telecom providers and ISPs as a prime contractor — delivering reliable infrastructure with craftsmanship, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
We specialize in underground fiber construction and turnkey delivery with in-house restoration that ensures projects are completed cleanly, safely, and to specification — end to end. No subcontracted labor, no quality gaps, no loose ends.
We are expanding our capabilities to include aerial fiber construction and splicing and testing services, building toward a complete underground-and-aerial delivery model for our partners.
Kentucky Office
We are establishing a Kentucky-based office to better support regional deployment schedules and service-level expectations. This commitment means rapid mobilization, local coordination, and responsive maintenance and restoration support for our partners in the region.
